Welcome — I’m Glad You’re Here
I’m an experienced psychotherapist specialising in supporting people in intimate relationships, in all the forms they take. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for the many ways we connect, love, and navigate challenges together.
Whether you’re facing a relationship crisis, exploring questions around intimacy, recovering from trauma, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns, I offer a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported.

I bring specialist training and extensive experience in:
• Relationship Therapy
• Psychosexual Therapy (offered through a sex positive, inclusive lens)
• Post Affair Relationship Disruption & Recovery
• Trauma Therapy (Postgraduate Certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies)
• Bereavement & Grief Support
• Care Leaver Support
• Pregnancy, Birth & Early Parenting Experiences (informed by my 26 year career as a Registered Midwife, 1991–2017)
These areas reflect both my clinical training and the rich learning I’ve gained through decades of working closely with clients and families.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for many years as a midwife, a role that deeply shaped the way I understand early relational experiences and the impact they can have across our lives. That work continues to influence my therapeutic lens, particularly around attachment, identity, early trauma, and the transitions involved in growing families.

Reaching out for support is a meaningful step. If you’re curious about working together or would like to explore whether I’m the right therapist for you, I welcome you to get in touch.
You deserve a space where your story is heard with empathy, and where change—gentle or transformative—feels possible. I integrate psychotherapeutic modalities such as: IFS, AEDP, Traumatic Stress Training, Psychodynamic and Systemic trainings. I practice mindfulness and call on my advanced training in Mindfulness based approaches to support clients within the therapy space and experience.
Areas I cover would be Bradford on Avon, North London, North Kent, and online.
£80 for individual sessions | £120 for intimate relationship/couple sessions
Concessionary sessions available (waitlist currently in place)

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
